That 24-Hour London Underground Didn’t Launch

Night Tube QR Version 1(f)_70mm

Well, it would have been nice for all the Rugby World Cup punters, but that planned 24-Hour London Night Tube is suspended for now until the unions and city come to an agreement. The Guardian reports that the disagreements are due to shifts, scheduling and work-like balance.

In the meantime, the nightclubbers will have to puke on the night buses. Coming into Heathrow Sunday morning, I saw the clubs spilling out onto the streets at 5am. Has anybody heard of “you don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here?”
